I'm already eating a plant-based vegan diet, 5 years, and want to know is there are any herbs/supplements that help with blood sugar for Type-1 diabetics. The ones I tried, amla, tumeric, ginger, green tea, dill, flax seeds, bitter melon, cinnamon, digestive enzymes, EPA/DHA, Glucose Support, insinase, L-Theanine, enzymes, and vitamin D, did not help at all.

Hi Ocean Robbins,

I'm so sick of being sick:-( I tried everything from protocols to Protocols for the last 8 years to heal my body and my only child but yet nothing is helping. I can not remove the most difficult Gut Parasites, Bacterias, Candida albican, heavy metals malfunction organs, malnutrients I have a broken body, a broken brain and a broken gut.

Where to go from here to Heal? I'm so weak!

Thank you, Muhuba

Good morning from New Yawk 😀family. I looked forward to the summit for many things, 1 of which was to receive John’s message, always delivered with love that you can feel. Is it possible to include clips of his commentary from prior summits, in current summits ? Thank you for considering this. Also, I hope he’s healing with alternative methods like EFT Tapping & meditations like with Lazaris for example. Many options are out there, choose what’s best for you. With best regards, Angie.

I enjoyed everything I was able to listen to, but the extraordinary closing benediction from John Robbins (beautifully radiant) gave this slightly cynical old woman the rare blessing of a much needed little cry. Sending gratitude and appreciation for the good work you all do, and encouragement to continue.

I just want to be sure that you've come across Syntropic Agroforestry by Ernst Gotsch. He took a dry, logged, degraded piece of land in Brazil and is making a living as well as enriching the land to the point that it's gone from the worst to the best land. Weather patterns even changed so that his streams now run all year long.

I wrote down that prayer last year. Thank you John for the tender message, the spirituality, and for carrying the torch so well for so long. For a long time I was disillusioned by the world and I didn't have heroes. Today I have many people who I admire, many of them in the WFPB movement. Thank you!

from as long as i can remember my normal sleep is anywhere from 5 to 6 hours if i don’t have to wake at a specific time. recently i started a very early work shift part time and often on those nights i i get between 3 to 5 hours of sleep. sleeping earlier doesn’t help i just wake up earlier.

i do not wish to take any pharmaceutical meds to sleep. Tried melatonin but that doesn’t help. i fall asleep easy just don’t stay asleep long enough.

Any suggestions ? would taking naps help or hinder at just accept that i don’t sleep more than 5 or 6 hours per night?

I just had a dental implant and the doctor prescribed amoxicillin 125 mg, twice a day for seven days. How will this affect my microbiome and how long will it take it to recover? For the last five years, I’ve eaten a whole food plant based diet and prepare all my food at home, so I assume my microbiome is in good shape to begin with.

Hi Ocean and The Team Can you please shed some light on Soy products and triple negative breast cancer. I took all soy products out my diet after having this 4 years ago but after watching the summit it sounds like there’s a lot of benefits. Mostly all I hear tho is related to oestrogen positive breast cancer.

I am normally a pretty healthy 70 year old. My 74 year old husband and I run tai chi / yoga based mobility classes for our seniors. Early January 2020 we both were very sick with what we now believe was the first of the COVID. By December of 2020 I had developed severe bradycardia . I previously had a super strong heart. I had not had a vaccine as my first shot was a good six months after the Bradycardia showed up. Had all the cardiologist tests and they concluded I would need a pacemaker. Then left me on my own like so many other health issues were ignored during COVID. Ended up in hospital dec tenth 2023 in total heart failure. The second night in hospital waiting to be shipped to Calgary for surgery my heart rate dropped to 12 in the middle of the night. Ended up in foothills hospital in Calgary. Emergency pacemaker in my neck overnight in ER until I got the real pacemaker surgery the next morning. Faulty pacemaker so had to have another complete pacemaker surgery two months later. In between the original sickness and the pacemaker surgery , in April 2023 I had part of my bowel removed due to a blockage that had formed from my Crohn's disease.. That decided to erupt in an umbilical hernia in june2024. The hernia incarcerated part of my small intestine in January this year resulting in an emergency surgery minus the mesh. Now on April 15 I got diagnosed with breast cancer and have a surgical consult on May 21. I feel like my entire body is imploding. We were inspired enough to go out and purchase a beautiful and powerful masticating juicer which we have been enjoying for a full week now. I know with the cancer that I won't be able to do chemo as I had a terrible year long reaction to interferon in 2013 and am highly allergic to many pharmaceuticals.Could you give me an idea on what the best cancer fighting foods and herbs are that we can include in our diet ? We are trying an experiment of our own as well. We are both medical cannabis patients and advocates for its medicinal properties. We both possess a license to grow our own meds (in Alberta Canada) and we are putting the leaves( all cleaned and no pesticides applied) in the juicer resulting in a small amount of pure juice that we intend to add to our protein shakes. Do you have any knowledge of THCa and CBG from fresh raw cannabis as a cancer fighting agent? Help I feel like I am sinking.

Thank you for taking our questions. In 2023 my cardiologist indicated that my heart was enlarged and he recommended I retake the test in 2025 with the intention of placing me on medication to keep down the swelling. Would a plant based diet and exercise help towards avoiding the medication?

Good morning, I have an appointment this morning, but I will absolutely watch this soon! My question would be about Coffee. There is a very large number of people, such as myself, and many others who I know, who have so many various negative effects from our coveted, daily coffee rituals. Many years ago, I read a very eye-opening book titled CAFFEINE BLUES By Stephen Cherniske MS and I can relate to all it teaches. For me coffee is a serious addiction that can be life threatening, I've had two friends almost die from caffeine overdose through coffee, (and one of them still drink it, that is how powerful of an addiction it is) and these days seems like most health professionals promote the positive reasons to drink coffee but fail to tell of the real dangers of it as well. We should be given both sides, not just that it could affect our sleep - it affects so much more than that for so many. My blood pressure goes high for several hours after my morning coffee and I am on high blood pressure medication, I have macular degeneration, and caffeine is harmful to this serious disease. Coffee increases my depression when I am in it, and I have been diagnosed with ADHD and I know coffee makes that worse, I have gotten caffeine jitters many times - even when I only drink 3 cups a day. Every now and then, I fall off the coffee wagon and drink more. For those of us who are harmed by our coffee addiction, but have a hard time living without our java, can you offer help to get off it safely and the truth about why it is important that WE DO? Doing so needs a lot of encouragement! I don't like "decaf" - it is the caffeine boost that I seek every morning mostly and even decaf has some harmful side-effects. What do you think of Organic Teeccino or RYZE mushroom coffee? I haven't tried RYZE yet, but I think Teeccino is a decent replacement, still tough to stop but I think I might be able to live with Teeccino - don't know yet but I am trying. It is a tough battle on my own! Doing all of this work to change our eating lifestyle to beautiful, life-enhancing wholefoods is fabulous but if we are continuing to be seriously damaged physically and emotionally by coffee each day, makes no sense. Counterproductive. Like any other powerful drug addiction, many coffee addicts won't be able to just have four or less 6 oz cups of coffee each day as recommended and for many of us, even one cup is excessive. Any help you can offer could be lifesaving to many of us. I appreciate Food Revolution SO MUCH and adding this information for the many who need it ..... would make it even more precious to us! XO

First of all, thanks a lot for transforming my life! Two questions; should I always grind chia seeds to turn them useful and to get the most out of them? And second; I eat a lot of fruit… when it is too much and at which moment of the day it is better to eat them? People often tell me that never to break the fast with them and many other theories… I happen to be lost. Thanks a lot for your kind answers. Love from Spain

I hear you talk of soy for protein. I don't hear anything about organic or non-gmo. I have read that soy is estrogenic and that is not good and potentially can cause cancer. I have read about concerns about gmo, pesticides etc as reasons to choose organic. I happen to be allergic to soy (even organic/non-gmo). I have some issues with nuts as well. I have tried for 50 years to move to whole food plant based but I have reactions. May not be viable for me but your info is certainly compelling. Would like to hear your thoughts about all of this.
